I come every day and these two girls are very disrespectful she snatches the money out my hand when I asked for a 6$ meal deal she proceeded to say $6.53 and snatched the money out my hand , she proceeds to spit in my food and act like I didn’t see her & hand me straight black coffee. This is a everytime thing when I see these ladies they’re very disrespectful and treat other people very unwell.

The ladies at that location are rude !!!!!! They don’t know how to serve people and think everything is a joke. I asked for a hot chocolate for them to tell me there isn’t anymore but then proceed to laugh and talk in their language amongst each other. You guys need to fire both of those females! They aren’t doing their job.

Once again ordered a coffee ahead of time that took 10+ minutes to make with no customers in store. Besides that fact my coffee HAS HAIR IN IT and not just a strand MULTIPLE BROWN HAIRS WHICH ISNT MY HAIR COLOR. Everytime the women are in that store theres ALWAYS some bullshit with your food and coffee and its not just me. Im very confused how the men that work there have never not one single time made a single issue of any kind, since theyve been there all my coffees taste disgusting, theres always some type of gross thing linked to my coffee or food such as: hair in them, tastes like rotten milk, dosnt have any of the addons i PAID for, is always late no matter how early i order it, and beyond that the two women have disgusting attitudes. I bought a coffee on mobile order and shes gonna tell me i didnt pay??? Trying to make me pay a a second time when how did you know to make the coffee if i didnt order it at the register? You really tried ti scam me out of more money as if that makes any sense?? How would you have made my coffee without me saying a word if i didnt mobile order it? Then the woman goes no you didnt. Im not arguing im walking out i dont owe yall answers i dont work there. Fire the two women and put the young men back in the front their experience and customer service is MILES ahead of the women.

I come here everyday for a coffee, when it was just all the men working there i would get my coffee perfect every single time NEVER had a single issue. Now they have a woman working the front and everytime i get my coffee she decides to make it how SHE feels is acceptable. I understand i may want more cream and sugar than most people (7 cream 7 sugar) but whats confusing me is why she isnt making it to the way i ordered it and instead makes it to how she FEELS it should be. Watched her make my 2 identical hot coffees with less cream and sugar 3 days in a row to make sure before i made this review. Put the dudes with the excellent coffee making skills back in the front because this is unacceptable. My coffee tastes like pure dirt because not only did she burn the coffees (because she brews “new” batches but with the incorrect water to coffee ratio to make a batch big enough for two coffees instead of a brand new urn) she didnt put the cream and sugar i verbatim requested. Not sure where the communication is getting crossed as everyone else in the store knows how to make the coffee and my order isnt ever different. Corporate has also been called on her previous to me making this review because im sick and tired of this. My coffee isnt up for debate i didnt ask what you thought i should have in it and if youre working in the food industry you shouldnt be making drinks how you THINK they should be you should be following orders.

This place is AWESOME!! The people there are always nice, happy! And treat me as family. Also I been to several Dunkin Donuts and they are the only ones that make my coffee tune same everytime! Place is clean.

this Dunkin’ location closed and moved a few storefronts to a smaller space. it is new, clean, and very clean—no seating though. standard Dunkin menu. ordered a small Caramel Cold Brew and it hit the spot on a sweltering summer day. staff was fast and friendly—as most of the drinks seem to be on a tap system. all the positives said— Dunkin seems to be raising their prices to align with Starbucks and in NYC, its locations seem to close early.

I'm so glad a new Dunkin is back here. It's modernized and looks great and the coffee they have on tap also tastes much better. We've been going here a few times now and it's been great each time. The only feedback is they need to pay a bit more attention to any customization as each time we had to speak up when we saw them making it as they weren't making to how we wanted it (like 3 sugar, instead of 2 for a small ice coffee).
