this Dunkin’ location closed and moved a few storefronts to a smaller space. it is new, clean, and very clean—no seating though. standard Dunkin menu. ordered a small Caramel Cold Brew and it hit the spot on a sweltering summer day. staff was fast and friendly—as most of the drinks seem to be on a tap system. all the positives said— Dunkin seems to be raising their prices to align with Starbucks and in NYC, its locations seem to close early.

Since the reopening of this place, the new coffee tap customer service and ambiance is always great! always look forward to grabbing my coffee in the morning from these guys!

The baked good selection is fairly small, but they do have chocolate croissants, which is news to me.

I'm so glad a new Dunkin is back here. It's modernized and looks great and the coffee they have on tap also tastes much better. We've been going here a few times now and it's been great each time. The only feedback is they need to pay a bit more attention to any customization as each time we had to speak up when we saw them making it as they weren't making to how we wanted it (like 3 sugar, instead of 2 for a small ice coffee).

This is my third time writing a Dunkin' review. I'll go over it with my therapist later because there's no way this is normal person behavior.So the last review of this place was about a year ago and this location was closed and reopened recently.It looks like any other Dunkin' and it's perfectly fine. Also, if you're expecting a beautiful, freshly brewed fancy beverage that is exact and perfect each time, go to literally the dozen independent coffee shops in this area. I gave this place 5 stars just because it isn't the other location in the Lower East Side that is incomprehensibly worse in ambiance (and service, but mostly the terrible vibe). Order on the app. Pick it up. Leave. Simple.

I come here almost everyday. This place is ridiculously slow. Waited in line for 15 mins to order 1 drink.

This place is so f****** horrible. I went in to order a strawberry coolatta. He tells me the machine is broken. This is like the 3rd week in a row that the machine for coolattas are broken.I said thank you that's all I wanted. So as I turn to leave he says hey maybe a smoothie if you like those I could make it for you. I said okay fine yea that sounds good. Now what gets me upset is that the way to make a coolatta and smoothie are the same way which is ice, liquid and solid blended. So if you could make a smoothie then you could make a coolatta especially since he pulled out liquid strawberry banana when I thought it'll actually be solid pieces of fruit. As he starts to put stuff into the blender he puts 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream into the blender. I ask what's that? Isn't it suppose to be yogurt he says it's vanilla ice cream. I told him I can't eat ice cream so he scoops the ice cream out of the blender and try's to keep going to make it I tel him you gotta throw it away because it has ice cream still in it mixed. He gets a attitude I know I know. If I didn't say anything he was gonna keep going with that same liquid. So then I tell him let me get a refund I could tell you don't know what you're doing I'll just leave. He says oh give me the receipt l. He never gave me one. So now he's looking around in the garbage and asking me to check my other pockets after I emptied my pockets out already for him. He then tells the manager in their language,but she argues back. they wasn't trying to give me my money back when I literally just brought the drink 3 mins ago. finally he convinces her thought I just brought it and she gives me a cash refund instead. Never going here again. They don't know how to do s*** and plus keep making stupid lies about machines being broken when it's not.

Doesn't matter what coffee you order, you going to get it wrong. Even there signature coffes that should be the same every location you go to... This location will find a way to do it completely wrong.
