Staff here is too busy telling customers what they cannot order. They got my order wrong and they placed the bathroom out of service. If you need a mid-day break, you're much better off stopping at the Fulton Subway station 1 block away.

This Dunkin Donuts located at 132 Nassau Street in the financial district of lower Manhattan is in my opinion 1 of the worst Dunkin Donuts that i have ever entered,.

Rudest and dirtiest place I've EVER been in. Y'all. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes before asking for service and the guy SWEEPING by the front door semi-yelled “I'm comingâ€. Like what?! You saw me walk in and stand at the counter waiting to then say you're the person I've been waiting on? Trash ALLLLL OVER the floor (so apparently people don't respect the space or they just sweep once a night or never) and absolutely nasty bathroom. Why keep the restroom for paying customers only if it's going to smell and look like a portable potty anyways?? If I wasn't avoiding the wind (battling a cold) while waiting for my friend's Uber then I wouldn't have even been in here.

My stepmother asked if she could have a cup of water. The server that gave her the water was very rude when she asked if she could have ice in the water. He told her NO because ice is expensive. That was after us spending almost $30.00 they. There was a bunch of us. Also when I went to use the restroom. There wan't any soap to wash your hands. Now if there isn't soap for us to wash our hands. What are they using to wash their hands????
