i frequently go here. however the other day i tried to order a dunkin wrap and the worker told me they were out. i immediately ordered it online instead and got my order. i understand it might take a while to make, but i hadn’t eaten all day and i do not appreciate being lied to.

They’re extremely rude, always talking about people in their language, and their customer service is terrible. It’s completely unacceptable.

The slowest people in the world. They look like they don’t wanna be there
Honestly one of the worst Dunkin’ experiences I’ve had. I ordered ahead while I was across the street at Chipotle, figuring it’d be ready by the time I got there (like 10 mins later). When I showed up, my drink wasn’t there and the worker looked super confused when I showed her my mobile order and payment. She grabbed a receipt, walked off, and started making other drinks — so I thought she was making mine.
After waiting around again, I asked what was going on and only then she tells me someone stole my order. No apology, no heads up, nothing — just attitude. She kept giving me a passive-aggressive tone when I tried to get a refund, and even said she didn’t know how to do one. The whole thing was ridiculous.
If you mess up or the order gets stolen, at least communicate that instead of wasting people’s time and being rude about it. Never coming back to this location.

Dunkin is THE place for affordable bagel sandwhiches! Absolutely love their breakfast bagels and super convenient for a quick pick-up.

This place has really gone downhill in the past 6 months or so. They seem to run out of donuts and coffee by 11:30. They don’t clean the front area. The guy at the register who might be the manager can’t be bothered to brew decaf at 2pm. Been coming here for years. It wasn’t like this last year.

Stuff are very rude. I was there I ordered a coffee and bagel. I waited they give me my sandwich. They didn’t give me coffee. I waited more than 10 minutes. They didn’t give me coffee. I asked them. Hey, where is my coffee that was like what coffee did you order I told him I ordered I paid coffee and bagel together. I got my bagel only. I didn’t get my coffee. They just don’t know what to do. They don’t even speak English. Well they don’t even understand what I’m saying that’s crazy super annoying before I go work they make me mad super annoying. Hopefully they learn and treat

That was my first time and i got a bad experience they don’t even listen the orders i asked for iced mocha latte + almond milk they said no almond milk and after that they served me a cappuccino then she not even guilty she be like you told me cappuccino but i still change it for you and my receipt says iced mocha

Super good and I recommend the breakfast biscuit
The workers here are quite unique. If you ask them for eggs, they give you bacon. If you ask for a coffee they give you sewage water with the weirdest taste. This place is a joke to be honest. It’s messy, no donuts ever available and the coffee order is always wrong. That pretty much sums up this place.
