Very rude staff. I placed an online order. They gave me wrong items and a donut was missing. I went back and they had the audacity to tell me that I should have checked the items when I picked them up. Not expecting a five star service but at least try to make things right instead of giving attitude / rolling eyes at your customer.

Incredibly rude staff. I’ve given this establishment several opportunities to rectify their rude behavior, but they don’t seem to care about customer experience at this location. Whenever I plan e an order I always say good morning with a smile, I’m always met with short responses and rude tones. Management needs to stress the importance of good customer service.
