I ordered a Cookie Butter Latte at this Dunkin and had a really disappointing experience. First, the cashier told me they were out of the syrup, then suddenly said they still had a little left and tried to convince me it would be enough. I asked to taste the syrup first, and he put a small amount in a cup for me to try. It seemed fine, so I agreed and paid for the drink. When he made it, the drink tasted awful, basically like plain iced coffee with no flavor at all. I immediately told them I didn’t like it. The girl working there offered to enhance it or change it to something else, but I just wanted a refund. Instead of handling it professionally, she started arguing with me as if it was my fault. I told her not to argue because it’s my right to get my money back if I don’t like the drink, but she kept going. Her attitude and lack of customer service skills made the whole situation even worse. Honestly, I don’t recommend going to this location.

I love coming here in the morning for my breakfast before work. The staff is always friendly, greets me with a smile and knows my order as soon as they see me. I give the staff a 10 out of 10 thank you to the staff for being so. Not only my favorite breakfast spot but also my favorite neighboring business. From your friend at Milk bar <3
