A Great place to spend your time with your favorite Dunkin coffee??. The employees are so welcoming. Specially the manager Mr. Rocky is so impressive. Hello, I downloaded the Dunkin Donuts app today, and placed my first order for in-store pick-up and had the worst experience. I arrived to pick up my order and they had nothing I ordered in the box. I left the order with them because they had nothing in replace of what I ordered. I was highly disappointed this was my first order, how can you rectify this? The women in this location barely spoke English and could not help me. I have disputed this transaction and report this to the BBB of New York.

I will never come back to this location. This location is supposed to open at 7 AM. I arrived at 7:10AM. I walk in and a very tiny, surly, unattractive, nasty Muslim woman told me to walk out of the store, because they aren't open yet. I said, "It's 7:10 AM and you're supposed to be open at 7." The tiny woman replies, "So what? " Is that a professional manner to answer a customer? Avoid this place. This very same woman always gets your orders wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. She's an incredible combination of nasty and stupid.

i always stop here on my way to work to get my coffee but all of the sudden they turned off mobile ordering? super inconvenient to me i wish they would turn it back on as i usually don’t have time to wait in line and order when i’m walking to work :/

The BEST Dunkin’ out there! I LOVE Dunkin’s coffee, but at this point I go to Dunkin’ for the people. They have got to be the most kind, sweet and thoughtful group! I start just about every morning there and I always leave with a smile on my face and the best iced latte.
