Just absolutely terrible customer service I would not ever recommend anyone to go to this location. Go to anywhere else. The food and service was terrible.

The drink was not made the way I asked, I asked less sweet and I seen the lady make it sweet yet they did not want to fix and as a diabetic this is very terrible service. And the scanner kept denying my card for rewards and I asked if it went through, he said yes, but it didnt! It was just unprofessional, i asked for 1 pump, and they put vanilla i didn't want any and they didn't want to redo. Too much

How can you even charge people for this coffee ? I live in the Bronx there’s a dunkin near me rated 4.7 and their coffee is amazing . Saw the low rating here so was curious . Coffee was horrible don’t know how that’s possible please do better and stop scamming people with this disgusting excuse of a coffee you serve

Very disappointed with this place. The cashiers were unfriendly. They made an iced latte where I could barely taste any espresso — the drink was almost white, while a proper latte is usually more brownish. When I asked to add an extra shot, the staff gave me strange looks and argued that the coffee was fine. I drink iced lattes at Dunkin’ every day (1–2 cups), and I’ve never had such poor quality before. This is the worst location — I won’t be coming back.

If I could give you 0 stars, I would. WORST STORE I'VE EVER GONE TO. I used to visit Dunkin' almost every day. I was near this store and my mistake was going in to this one. The person taking my order was rude and discriminated against me and my family, saying that we only speak Spanish and that's why he gave us the wrong order twice.

Everytime I come to this Dunkin in the morning it’s closed and on google it says it open and it never is at the time it says it opens it says it opened at 5:30 and it’s 5:45 and they are still not open or have the lights on

The staff is very unprofessional. The ladies talk more in the back than actual tending to customers. Just today, may 9, (11am) the lady working in the cash register in pink head scarf was so rude. Even the guy making coffee looked at me in disbelief. Why are you hiring unprofessionals? Why are you hiring rude people?

Just had the most awful experience at this dunkin donut due to their staff. The dunkin app wasn’t working properly and switched my iced latte to a regular hot one. When I asked if they can switch it to ice, the female employee became very rude, blamed me for the mistake, and refused to make it iced. This isn’t the first time I have observed this young lady be rude to customers, roll her eyes, yell at people and refuse to complete customers orders. I normally don’t make a big deal about these things because it seems silly to be upset over coffee but the way this employee approached the situation and spoke to me was very uncalled for and very unprofessional.

Horrible service. I stood at the counter waiting for someone to take my order as the three employees working ignored me and continued on with their conversation as if I wasn’t there. At one point, one of the employees even approached the register but instead of even looking at me, just proceeded to count cash. I didn’t even order because if you don’t want my business, I’ll just go elsewhere.
