Probably the worst Dunkin in the area. They regularly don’t have nitro but will let you order it on the app and then once you show up they just offer you the regular cold brew instead.
If you don’t want to stock nitro then don’t offer it for purchase

I ordered a latte with with an extra shot. The woman behind the counter responds with "iced latte." I said no ice. She proceeds to go back and forth with me with her saying ice and me saying no ice. So she decides to make me an iced latte. Once again, I said I don't want ice. So the manager comes over and "fixes" my drink by pouring another hot shot on top of the ice to melt and tries to pass it off to me. Good, another customer was there to tell her that latte meant warm milk. She told him he was wrong and that latte meant iced latte. So that's what you're dealing with every time you go there. It's not my first time. They always mess everything up. Terrible staff.
