My iced coffee was so good I forgot to take a picture. The man working there is so friendly, coffee was fresh which is always a plus! Dunkin is usually hit or miss, this one was a hit

Was about 4:15pm on thursday January 18th, i ordered a crossaint and a cappuccino. The milk was Smelled and tasted really bad. I returned the first cup . I asked a new cappuccino and i got the same bad milk on it! Then i declined the coffee to switch a hot chocolate wich tasted awful as well. And the crossaint was old and cold as well. Next time when I'll see a dunkin donuts will be unavoidable think about the awful experience!

I work at the VA hospital that 1 block away from this store. This year been crazy with COVID and the staff at the hospital done a great job putting up with this crazy year so I promise to get them Dunkin Donuts as a reward for them right before the New Year to end 2020 on a good note. I am not really a big fan of Dunkin since I don't drink coffee and I'm already too "big" for my size but still you can't go wrong with this American Icon..... Sadly I was wrong. First time downloading the app. Earn 400 points on first order. Went to the store and paid for a case of a dozen and when it time to paid. I paid with my credit card and I show my phone screen for them to scan. Dude pretend to scan and I paid for the donuts. Than I look at my phone screen and saw it wasn't scan told the guy about it and he pretended to scan again. Told him he wasn't scanning than he told me they don't do the app thing in that store. He wasn't saying it but from his attitude I'm pretty sure he was trying to say "you paid for your order now go away" ... Like this is a Dunkin Donuts App and this is a Dunkin Donuts store...... Whatever deleting the Dunkin Donuts app and avoiding Dunkin Donuts store from now on.

Take to long to prepare a butter bagel, about 15 minutes
Dunkin’ with a Baskin-Robbins ice cream bar planted in Stuy Town on First Avenue. there’s some seating in the front of the store. pretty clean and well-maintained Dunkin’. there’s a fridge with ice cream cakes and pints of ice cream. grabbed a Pumpkin Spice Latte that was a promo item. it was well made and all, but definitely not my kind of coffee drink bc of my own preferences not bc it was made badly or anything. service was fast and friendly.
I was craving a cappuccino..
