I went to Dunkin Donuts to get 2 orders of decaf ice latte and they tell me they don't have it. They didn't want to give me a refund and I asked if that part of policy that if he's unable to refund me and he refused to answer my question and telling me to get what I want. The thing is my order was $11.30 and there's nothing I want that'll cost that much and I can't drink caffeinated drinks. So I had to do it the hard way to report the issue since they didn't want to give me an easy night and just refund me my money. The Dunkin company help me get my refund but still screw this location at night the old employees were definitely better.

I stopped by here every once in awhile and I really love the fact that they've expanded the types of drinks that they offer. Many of them have more of a multicultural flare. This is nice. The only downpoint is that there are usually a couple of really raggedy looking junkies standing in front begging for money on the way in and out.
Vegetarian options: Many of the drinks are vegetarian. The avocado toast has vegetarian options as well. The avocado toast is absolutely delicious.

Someone pooped outside, came in and took a bunch of napkins and the smell still hasn’t left me. Then a woman fell over the counter because she was super tweaking.Other than that, great service! Great coffee, clean facility and nice employees
