The coffee is completely watered down—there’s no coffee taste at all, it honestly tastes like chocolate milk. Today I even found something in my coffee that looked like chewed food, and I hadn’t eaten anything all day. I had to throw it out and buy another coffee at Starbucks. Do not recommend

It was a cold night around 8 p.m., and I was about to meet a friend. I had 15 minutes to kill, so I walked in and ordered a chamomile tea to warm up. When I sat down, I was told that I had to leave and that the store was closed, which was an obvious lie. I left to avoid causing any issues, but the lack of common human decency left such a bad taste in my mouth.

Dont waste your money here. Terrible customer service, poor hygiene and cant make your drinks right. It doesnt taste like other dunkins. Everyone here needs to be trained again. Wish another dunkin was closer. Do yourself a favor and just go to Starbucks.

On June 6th, my mother came into the store with my two nieces. She ordered one hot coffee and three donuts. Unfortunately, the experience was far from welcoming. One of the worker a skinny female employee looked at my mother with clear disgust. My mom’s English isn’t perfect, but she did her best to place the order. Instead of patience or kindness, she was met with more judgmental glances then while giving her donuts she put them in a used paper bag as well. No one deserves to be treated like that, especially when they’re making an effort and simply trying to enjoy a treat with their grandchildren. I hope this situation is addressed so other customers, especially those who might struggle with English, feel more respected and safe when visiting.

I am beyond disappointed with the customer service at this Dunkin’ location. My girlfriend ordered her usual drink with almond milk, but when she took a sip, it was clear they had left it out, making the drink taste watery. She politely asked for an extra shot to fix the issue, and instead of just handling the request, a female employee with a lisp felt the need to rudely chime in, saying, “I don’t know why you order if you keep complaining about it.”
Excuse me? Since when is it acceptable for employees to speak to customers like that? Mistakes happen, but a professional attitude goes a long way in fixing them. Instead, we were met with unnecessary attitude and disrespect. I was absolutely fuming at how she spoke to my girlfriend, and I let her know how unprofessional she was being.
If you can’t handle basic customer service or corrections when a mistake is made, you shouldn’t be in the food service industry. We won’t be coming back, and I hope management takes action to ensure better training and professionalism from their staff.
