The service in here is the worst. I had to repeat my order 5 times! How pathetic is that? I couldn't understand anything Abdul Malek was saying! I had to get his name because this worker should not be employed here! Extremely rude! Then, he's catching an attitude because I can't understand him, and he couldn't understand me???? I literally thought that I was on an episode of Impractical Jokers!!@@!# Management needs to do something in this D & D!!! I WON'T BE BACK!!!!

I LITERALLY waisted my money this DD isn’t what it used to be staff can’t get ur order right then fight with u or play off that they have no knowledge of what it is ur saying.I literally ordered this morning a coffee I asked for TWO sausage egg and cheese for me and the kid and a ham&swiss this women kept walking away before I even finished my order, two she didn’t add two sausage egg and cheese and three she told me she didn’t have ham and cheese yet she kept going to the back and wouldn’t let me finish my sentence and she would not give me my money back then tried to make me the coffee as an exchange yet the Coffee she tried to give me in replace of what I wanted was the coffee I wanted and she looked confused I repeated myself five times more I feel like it and I was trying to be nice but honestly I’m done with DD you guys have provided the worst service I have seen or ever had to experience in years never have I been ROBBED and TOLD I can’t get my money back when I wasn’t taking the order she LUCKY I HAD A KID WITH ME

I ordered the avocado toast, which was very delicious, but I kind of expected 2 slices of toast, and it's only one slice. I did have it with the bacon, and boy, was it right. I paid $5 for one slice of toast, smashed avocado, and bacon. Although very delicious, I would rather pay $7 for 2 slices. I do believe that one slice is more than enough. Too much bead can lead to a muffin top.

Up to this minute i cannot get in contact with the store. YALL NEED TO UPDATE YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION. NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS.

I got a medium iced caramel latte and it was very well made. It was a little pricey since they charge an additional $1.50 for almond milk but the staff was very sweet and the coffee was made very quickly.
Their medium iced Matcha Latte tastes great! Very earthy and sweet. I enjoyed every sip of it!!

I visit this establishment a couple of months ago looking to buy ice cream. I originally went there to see if they had new ice cream cake but for some reason they always have the nasty kind. All the Baskin Robbins in the neighborhood have the nasty kind. They used to have all kind of ice cream cakes but clearly not anymore. So anyway back to the story as I was waiting on the ice cream line one of the employees in the back BLEW HIS NOSE and threw away the tissue and proceed to walk to the register and had the nerve to TOUCH the register. The mild germaphobic in me literally died. When he asked me what would I like to order. I lied and said do you have anymore ice cream cakes in the back knowing fully they never have any cakes in the back. Of course he said no and I head to the door. When I walked out that door i couldn't believe it. For one he just spread his germs on the register and two was he gonna serve me my items with his unwashed hands? I definitely wasn't going to stay to find out.

Trying to get cold brew with salted caramel foam on top. I paid and then they told me they out of the foam and trying to give me whip cream. I paid 6 dollars and they just gave me a large cold brew. Worst experience ever
