Extremely rude,customer service is lousy , Especially to a Hispanic customers on the other hand Other customers are treated very friendly with a smile very kind. I am of Hispanic woman of color therefore I was treated with not so nice approach. Shame on this store management.

Stay Away from this place. This morning I decided to get myself a breakfast sandwich and the cashier quietly scanned the dollar donation without asking me while making my order. I noticed it on the receipt and told them. They tried to play it off but later said they are sorry (all while speaking in their native tongue and removing the dollar donation stacks from the registrar) \ I just left it as is but told them they will be reported for it.. not even a smile or anything that would welcome you back.. oh well this is America right..

So imagine you have pneumonia and all you want is a sandwich without cheese and they repeat the order is without cheese. You take your order and ask, is this the one without cheese and they say yes. You're sick so you shuffle home as fast as possible and open up your food and find this. Something exploding with cheese. Should I have looked before I left, probably. But don't repeat my no cheese order multiple times and still give me cheese. \ \ Oh, and I thought \\\"well, at least I have some hashbrowns!\\\". No, they were 5 tiny soggy pucks of cardboard soaked in grease. This isn't the first time this place has messed up my order either.

Ordered a two scoop ice cream sundae after waiting in line for five minutes with just one couple in front of me because the worker was indulging his friends with free samples before they made a decision. He filled my cup level to the brim with ice cream and drizzled a TINY amount of hot fudge on top. Also when I ordered and specified “regular vanilla” because I saw there were a few different kinds, he looked right a two me and gave me fat free. I was so embarrassed I couldn’t say anything.

Like most people in the area I come here for ice cream. Service is good. They used to give away donuts if you came before closing time but they don't do it anymore. Donuts are ok, not the best so it seems they don't sell them often, or just have to find the right time to buy them ?. Breakfast it's pretty good here.

This DD never had an issue maybe because go in the afternoon and once in a while, but every time I do go inside I order something is always done perfectly fine. I love this DD not only is near me but never had an issue with anything I order. BTW guys whoever has T-Mobile you must download the app T-Mobile Tuesday’s on your App Store or Google play trust me gives you on certain Tuesday’s a $2 off from DD.????

Not a bad experience but they got shut down by the city on September 2017 for 4 days. Maybe they got a rat problem and they are not fixing it.

The employees here are pretty friendly. They didn't have a problem with me lingering while my phone charged. Also, the cheese braid thing I got was really good.. Now to remember what it was called and I'll have a new favorite (French crullers all time best though)

This is a perfectly fine Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robins. They're open late. So, that's pretty cool. Go get yourself a chocolate shake and a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich. I want that. Right. Now.
