It’s giving….yall don’t want customers. Because I’ve given this place several chances for some reason and time after time my drinks are awful. I should have just stayed home and thrown $10 out my window, at least I wouldn’t have wasted my time as well.

I order from here almost 5 days a week and it’s a little annoying that the store is never on point , half of the workers don’t understand English and when you complain about your food they don’t understand you , there’s likes 3-5 people but always slow and always mistaking your order

Visiting this location to pick-up breakfast. Arrived at work, only to discover, there was butter, jelly, and cream cheese on my bagel. This is not what I ordered. Returned the item, along w/receipt. The male cashier refused the refund, said he couldn’t provide a refund, because I didn’t purchase w/him! Return in the morning! I had to call 911, which got his attention, and then I received my refund. Following, threw me out of the store! Rude, disrespectful, and forgot I was the customer! If I were a non African-American woman, I wouldn’t have received this treatment. I’ll never patronize this location again! So, Prejudice! Stay away from this location.

I believe in everyone having a chance or an opportunity but there are times mainly with food or fast food in general that you need to choose the right people, you cannot have personnel that don't speak proper English or don't understand what are you asking them! Mainly when they are handling food! It's not just this location by the way, but simple requests like add more ice or add certain syrups, shouldn't be that difficult.

Ordered two frozen drinks and they told us they didn’t have it, and then refused to give us a refund. Cashier started pointing in my face because I asked for his name to complain. So rude
What's the point of have a $6 meal if no one can make sandwiches. It's always some excuse either the 1 guy who makes sandwiches is on break or the oven is down. I've went 3 times at different times of the day and they only could serve drinks and pastries

2024 update : They are STILL NASTY and they STILL allow homeless to solicit inside and by the entrance. They also allows drug dealers hanging inside and sell illegal drugs...this place is everything wrong and attracts a bad elements
They would get more stars if they cared to remove the homeless people ALWAYS begging at the front door... who wants to get harassed coming in and out of the shop ??? THEY NEED TO DO BETTER !!!!! UPDATED 12/14/20 I am sick of trying to go to Dunkin donuts there's always a person begging at the front door and if you don't give them money they say something. The people in Dunkin donuts do not care as long as you get through the the person at the door to go in there to spend your money.
