No comment on the food itself but the service here has been pretty consistently terrible. I've had several interactions with staff where they were surprisingly rude for no reason. I think there is a language barrier, but I'll often ask questions (about what products they have, or whatever) and this guy will just laugh at me and repeat "I don't know" and when I ask him to find someone else I can talk to he'll keep laughing at me and repeat "I don't know." It's a very surreal and unpleasant experience.

It's fine. It's Dunkin. Corporate has a new thing where they hide the drinks away when you do a mobile order, making it harder to get your drink. Sometimes takes a while to get anything. Nice people working there.Kid-friendliness: Kids love the donuts

I really like Dunkin they have stepped up their game with food and holiday drinks. My go-to food Cheddar bagel bread warm with butter is so gooey good. Loving the loaded tater tots you can't have everyday( excessively much) but delicious. The holiday drinks so good - I just don't like that the cups are same size for more money ? but really invigorating drinks to warm you in these upcoming cold months and then their classic drinks they will bring in spring/summerDietary restrictions: They have something for everyone so do come on enjoy what everyone is running on- coffee - donut..

I ordered a cappuccino using the mobile app (it was available).It turned out that cappuccino was not available in the cafe.Barista Arian refused to refund the money; the phone manager and supervisor refused to provide it.
Very rude customer service man at the register was yelling got my order wrong and then wanted me to pay for an item I did not order. I spoke to another staff person and was ignored. After over 10 years of going here and last week I brought a friend here and she spent a great deal of money. Do not go to this location the Starbucks a block away has much better customer service and much better coffee.

Go to Starbucks down the street. If you online order your food they will NOT do it! You have to get back on line and order your food. Every worker is incompetent to say the least. Sorry not sorry.

Went inside for order,employee was 20-25 years old ,black,male. Tried to give order he push couple button on the comp. screen but said doesn't work and said 1 min and left and never return back to get my order.Had to wait there 5 minutes to be able to give my order but nobody asked to me for help and had to leave.DD must be check somethimes their franchaisers as undercover customer will see whom get DD and screws this brand with disrespectful and no clues employees. This is unacceptable and they suppose to be show attention and respect their customers. I would give them minus star if I would do.
