All the Dunkin’s are terrible but this one is something. Family owned business. Employees are old, rude, don’t speak English and take their sweet time & still get orders wrong. But guess what? They’re still going to be a profitable store no matter what & make millions in revenue due to their name & brand while providing terrible service & quality & food. Best business model in my opinion, you can’t go wrong!

This store overcharges you you go to any other Store medium iced coffee between five and six dollars. This store wants to charge you eight dollars and change.

Ridiculous, wife went there to have some ice cream and was told they could not take her $20 bill because it was ripped and the tap and pay was not working. The $20 has a small tear.

Customer service here is absolutely horrible. When placing my order explaining step by step what I wanted the cashier still input the order incorrectly. Instead of telling me my app did not scan to accumulate my points to redeem my free medium drink, he continued to charge me for two drinks instead of one. When I clearly told him his mistake the first time when placing the first order he refused to give me a refund. The employee Nanu wrung me up twice and messed up. I personally feel like he should be in the back instead of handling customers at the register. He also messed up the guy behind me order and gave him a completely different drink than what he ordered. I am a manager at Nike and the customer service that we give is nothing compared to Dunkin Donut on 57th ave and 125th street ny ny. I was completely and utterly shocked. Dunkin Donuts you guys have to do better.

I only ordered a large black, unsweetened ice tea. It’s a $1 more ($4.99) than the location I visit everyday on 116th street. The staff were friendly though. He didn’t believe me when I told him I order the ice tea there for $3.99.

nonsense establishment. they make horrible coffee at a place that already isn't known to have great coffee.
i'm trying the "2 weeks of free coffee w/ purchase" promo and;
1. each time i ordered a frozen coffee here the drink was always half melted(making it more like a very sweet coffee water)
2. they don't measure and mix the drinks to taste (the same drink i order in The Bx tasted WAY better despite being the SAME order)
3. they don't try to work to understand customer needs (a basic example being i stood at the to go counter for longer than necessary because they had my order out of reach but also no one was there to give/call out the orders?? so theyd make orders, say nothing, then make the next order. all the while orders are piling up around one another yet out of reach from any customer trying to pick it up)
tldr; unless you're like me and like free stuff you should go one block down to GinJan for a real café

Terrible coffee
Gave me the most dried out and smallest portion of breakfast taco I have ever seen. Seemed to have some issue with me wanting alot of cream in my coffee..
