My statement to dunkin....I had an interesting experience at the dunkin on 57 E 125th street New York NY 10035. Dunkin is advertising a $3 sausage egg and cheese on a croissant as long as you buy a coffee that is a Med or Large. I bought a Medium sized cold brew (it's still a coffee) and the sale price of the $3 sandwich as well as a donut. The lady charged me standard prices and charged my card. I saw the sale on my receipt didn't reflect what was advertised. I mentioned it to the lady and asked her about it. She said it was for standard coffee or iced coffees only. I asked for a refund for the sandwich and she made a refusal. My sandwich wasn't made yet so I didn't see what the problem was. I asked for her name and she initially didn't want to tell me. She called someone on the phone but I already didn't trust her. since she didn't want to give me her name I snapped a picture of her because I didn't want her to give a false identity. she later mentioned that her name is Michelle. I received my sandwich and was just looking for my coffee. she then asked that I delete her picture from my phone. she then continued to the back of the store and grabbed someone to try to intimidate me. I told them I deleted it and left the dunkin. I had such a bad service and it could have been avoided by just giving me my refund and not trying to manipulate my bill. Please train the staff accordingly so matters like this come to a simple resolve and not escalate to what it did today. Thank You!!!!They are getting people left and right with this "promotion". watch your wallets

OMG!!!!! Is all I can say. I went in for my coffee fix and I met the most amazing staff ever. Destiny and Jay was superb, the customer service Tyger both gave me was something you read about in books. The greeted me with a smile and their personalities were so great it reminded me that there is still people who is passionate about helping others. If management didn't recognize their work ethic before now is the time, they are unbelievably kind and awesome. And I just want to say thank you again Destiny and Jay. Please keep up the great and magnificent work that you guys do.

The location was convenient right near metro north. The outside is typical East Harlem. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They didn't have the Jamoca almond fudge quart of ice cream in the ice cream freezer but they did scoop some out from the display. They really are good for keeping up with orders: In person and online.

Had a much better latte than what I had come to expect from Dunkin. I'm typically a Starbucks person since they actually tend to have half decent baristas, but I would come here again rather the nearby Starbucks. They're good and actually quality, at least the guy who made my drink. Thanks for making my morning.

Really Really Slow ? in there. Most the time when its most busy there's only one person working. Not blaming the person that be there but 1 person can't work the register, Make the food and coffee and clean. Hire more people

While the drinks & food are fine they are never open at the right time they are supposed to open at 6 but keep the doors locked then say they just opened when you can order on the go and DoorDash pickup. Never used to have this problem before now it's frequent.
