I ordered a 6 pack of donuts. 4 Boston creme, 1 blueberry, 1 strawberry. They gave me 3 chocolate, 3 other random. Not one of the ones that I asked for. Hashbrowns and a breakfast sandwich that was so hard it seemed like it was taken out of the trash from last week. Never ever order from this Dunkin.

October 28th 6 p.m. we came in for donuts, tea and coffee. The employee there pretended not to understand when we spoke English so as not to serve us drinks. The only place in New York where this happened to us. Shame on him!

I got a chicken rap. I took it to go. It was cold in the middle. It took a long time to get my order and you still didn't make it right. I mean it's a poster oven and a set timer. And still not good. This d&d is better just coffee and donuts ?

Came in the first second and the cashier me greeted me with attitude. Asked if I can use my reward / deals and she sighs Infront of my face like I disturbed her whole mood. Got my sandwich and the man thrusted it to me. Honestly, staff needs to change their attitude.
Extremely unprofessional and slow with in store purchases. The entire food prep team is inadéquate excepting one person. They have a short, mâture female associated who is the only one with good work ethic. The youngest female lead seems to be just as good at the job but I noticed she over chargés for items I'm accustomed to getting. After the long wait and over chargé the bag always has the wrong items.

The hash browns are very good not overcooked, the coffee is delicious the place is nice and clean and yes I would recommend.
