DONT COME HERE I don’t know if they do it for every order but I’m guessing they didn’t realize it was me that was there for pick up and they dropped one of the bagels still wrapped it up and gave it to me

Even during small rushes, I receive my order quickly, and my coffee is always served hot, just the way I like it. The consistent service and welcoming atmosphere keep me coming back!

I ordered a 6 pack of donuts. 4 Boston creme, 1 blueberry, 1 strawberry. They gave me 3 chocolate, 3 other random. Not one of the ones that I asked for. Hashbrowns and a breakfast sandwich that was so hard it seemed like it was taken out of the trash from last week. Never ever order from this Dunkin.
October 28th 6 p.m. we came in for donuts, tea and coffee. The employee there pretended not to understand when we spoke English so as not to serve us drinks. The only place in New York where this happened to us. Shame on him!
