Staff here is super consistent and quick!There’s a handful of Dunkin’s on the upper east side, but I always go to this one for consistency (coffee is always made right/tastes good).

a dunkin in my neighborhood, small and accessible, staff are really sweet.nothing to complain. ◡̈i usually get the hash browns and the wrap in the morning and there is always one extra hash brown which makes my day.

Had to review as the lady that helped me was super friendly! Got some Dunkin since the Starbucks line was at least 30 min. Ended up getting my pup a pup cup. Don’t think they do them often since I had to try to explain what I wanted but she understood in the end. Please be patient if it’s taking long, most of the time there is only one or two people working. Coffee was great and cheaper than Starbucks.

Wheelchair accessibility: Street level entrance so it's easy for a wheelchair ♿️ to enter or stroller.
Sometimes I think they are really just to busy and the lines get really backed up as it such a small store. I would reccomend ordering for pickup, or maybe some way they could get some extra help

Just was there order a grilled cheese sandwich its was not good its was burnt it was horrible

I ordered 5 donuts, 3 pumpkin and 2 apple (around 8 dollars worth of donuts) but was given 3 munchkins and 2 apple donuts instead. When I returned after realizing about 10 minutes later to ask for a proper substitution instead of 99 cents worth of munchkins, they took the donuts I had paid for and touched out of the bag and put them BACK ON THE SHELF?! In pandemic no less!! I ended up getting my donuts back and a couple glazed donuts to substitute the pumpkin but I’m mortified at the lack of common sanitary sense shown, as well as the way whoever filled my mobile order believed 99 cents worth of munchkins is at all a valid substitute for 5 dollars worth of donuts. The man who runs the store is wonderful and always very reasonable but when he isn’t there the other employees don’t seem to care at all
