I’ve been to several Dunkin’s and this one is by far the worst . Communication to the staff when ordering was difficult and then to top it off I get my food and it was awful . It was clear the hash browns were cooked in old grease . The breakfast sandwich wasn’t great either . Very disappointed because I know none of this is normally the case at other locations .
Update : after another lady complained about the hash browns I said something too and we both got fresh batches .That was very nice .

Parking: Street parking is difficult to find with the hospitals and other businesses around. There are paid garages around the street too.

To be honest I've been going here pretty much every morning. I literally order the same thing every day and it's never consistent. Not to mention depending on who your cashier is they will get it wrong or make some kind of mistake with either your order or just your change. If you want a good cup of coffee I hate to say this just walk down the block to the Mattos, they may not have donuts but the coffee is consistent along with the snacks they serve. Also everything is like 3 bucks each.

Too many new people working the morning shift who have no clue what they're doing. They have made meBe late for work countles times. I've been walking in here at the same time almost everyday since I started my job. Wa never late until this new crew. Almost every morning my coffee tastes awful or my coffee is made and ready and I have to wait 15 minutes for a sandwich. Even if you pre order on the app, you can be waiting 15 minutes just in the store, not counting how long it had been between the time the order is placed and when u arrive to the DD.
I am a frequent customer who's had great experience at this location but lately there is this young curly haired lady behind the counter who just comes off very rude and unfriendly. Previously I felt it when taking my order she just didn't want to be there and seemed annoyed. Recently though I made mistake in an order and owned up to it but her response and way of handling it was very unprofessional making me feel real guilty and with no friendly resolution. Many of the local customers work in the area and go through some hard days and the last thing we want is to experience this type of negativity when getting a simple coffee. Hoping for an improvement.
