I have been coming here since the beginning of the school year I loved it but they recently changed the staff and they are just not up to par at all. They too busy talking about what I don't know. This makes them take long on my order that I do on the mobile app to be able to pick up and go. Just very disappointed.

I visit this Dunkin multiple times a week, I've been coming to this location since I moved to Spanish Harlem. It's honestly the best location I've been to! The quality is constant, the staff are super friendly and it's the cleanest I've seen! Shout-out to Tully in the morning, she always knows the donuts my son likes and makes sure to greet him just like all the adult customers!

Was really annoyed with the management. They told me the free coffee promotion works with any purchase including the 6$ meal. So I ordered my 6$ meal to get the free coffee. Found out they charged me for both and told me oh since 6$ is already a promotion we can't get you the free coffee... like she literally just told me it works a few seconds ago. And proceed with giving me an attitude. Won't be going back there. Horrible management.
