I always try my best to order ahead because I know with this location it will take me an extra 5 to 10 minutes to get my order. The employees are always prioritizing conversation instead of focusing on handling customers orders, so there is no professionalism. They never put ketchup in the bag and I always have to go back and ask them if they can mix my coffee properly.

I used to go to this Dunkin’ mostly in the evening, and it quickly became my go-to spot. The barista was always incredibly kind and polite—such a genuine person.
