I’ve never been such a slow Dunkin. It’s like they are actually encouraging customer’s to leave. The cashiers will take one customer then start doing something random things just so customers go away.

Hi, I bought the coffee last night. The person is rude. He make a mistake. He make a small copy and I asked for medium. He’s mad at me. He don’t wanna change after I said change I asked for medium give me the medium I am not going anymore this store if this person worked there thanks he didn’t take out the small label which you put on the cups like how many sugar how many cream you want it just make the coffee just like that.
The employees are not kind, they answer rude 😕 and their cheap with the ingredients. Please walk to another DD and avoid a headache.

Employees are RUDE and cant get the order right! Every time I got to a Dunkin I order a caramel frozen coffee with Whip Cream and I have for YEARS! The rude employee makes my coffee and just puts it on the counter without calling my name. I didnt realize it was my coffe bc he didnt put whip cream on it! After standing there for 15 minutes I see this frozen coffee sitting there and then I ask the rude employee if this was my drink and he said yes! I told him my coffee comes with Whip cream and he started to argue with me about it and continues to “correct” me a paying customer of many years! He and this location can shove it! DONT EVER COME TO THIS DUNKIN! Dont be fooled my the remodeling everyone behind the counter are idiots!

Okay so the people that work here seem to be the slowest ever. But this review is about something else, I don't know who was the genius who had the idea of setting up an EDM party outside to promote this damn shop at 7 in the morning. Not everyone is up by then. This is the dumbest marketing I've ever seen, not only I was blasted with EDM music the entire morning, but that was accompanied by a dude with a megaphone and a bunch of people screaming every now and then for them to turn it down. clowns.

The employees are very rude. I did an online order ahead of time (10 minutes before I arrived to the store), once I got there it wasn’t ready yet. I was fine with waiting but an employee gave me a nasty attitude when I asked nicely about my order. Then handed me the wrong order. I went back to exchange it (I did not eat nor open the food), that same employee told me that I took the wrong order and then to continue making nasty remarks. It was too early in the morning to be that nasty and rude.

Have been ordering the same coffee from D&D for years. I adjusted to where coffee comes out EXACTLY the same at each location; Large Iced, espresso shot, 4 cream 4 sugar. Comes out brown, every time. that photo is what I received - there is coffee and an espresso shot somewhere in this cup of cream. When I mention “this looks like a cup of milk” - she points to the cup and says “you order cream”
