If I could give 0 stars, I would. Every time I go and ask for loaded hashbrowns NO bacon, they ALWAYS give me bacon. EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. I said NO BACON. And one time, they ran out of queso for loaded hashbrowns. So, instead of saying sorry we ran out, they mixed RANCH into my queso. I was wondering why it smelt so sour, it was because they added RANCH. DO BETTER

This morning I decided to do something nice for my coworkers. So I stopped by and ordered a box of coffee and assorted donuts. While paying for my order, I heard the manager Eva at the other register greet the man behind me, she confirmed his order and instructed my cashier to prepare his box of six donuts (two jelly and 4 glaze) before I finished paying and before he even got to the register. I was in shock, the blatant disrespect. I asked why she’d be preparing his order that wasn’t even placed nor paid for before mine, she said my coffee wasn’t ready, but my donuts could’ve been box while the coffee was prepared. It was rude! Plain and simple, I felt less than. Like chop liver! I’ve been visiting this particular location for over 19 years, I started coming here consistently since 2005. Today was my last day at that branch, if my payment hadn’t already processed I would’ve cancelled my order. Eva needs to know and understand that all customers should be treated equally, no matter their race, or gender. It is unacceptable and worse to have been from a manager.
