The nicest guy runs this Dunkin. Not sure if he is the owner but he is the best. Highly recommend a visit. Place is brand new and really nice.

Big empty store, where it's so hard to order anything. You have to repeate 3times every item and then at the end from the two ordered you got only one. And long wait to get your order

They charge 28.99 for a box of hot chocolate and the DD on 47th and 9th charges 22.99. When i asked then why they wouldn't give me an answer. We used to come to this DD for ice cream all the time so i didnt want to boycott and tried twice to talk to them about their unfair pricing, but they just told me to go to the other DD. Terrible customer service and business etiquette. I will tell this story to all of my friends in the neighborhood and hopefully they will boycott too!

I walk in to order this morning and an Asian worker there have the nerve to be rude while I am ordering, she didn't even say good morning she just walked right up to me and say put on the mask. And want to argue with me after. I'm not getting breakfast from this locations Dunkin Donuts anymore. That lady gave me a bad experience, and I have a bad taste in my mouth about coming here again.That lady was very unfriendly.

The guys are so sweet here! I order ahead and when they see me coming with my little stroller, they bring it to the door so I don't have to struggle trying to open it!! The hashbrowns and oatmilk latte were so yummy today!
