If I could give 0 stars I would had one of the worst customer service experiences at this Dunkin’ Donuts this morning . I stood at the counter waiting to order while the employees stood around talking amongst themselves, completely ignoring me. It wasn’t until I spoke up and asked if I could order that someone finally acknowledged me—and with an attitude, as if I was the problem.
Even after I placed my order, the service remained rude and dismissive. No apology for the delay, no basic courtesy, and to top it off, they handed me my items without even offering a bag—as if I was supposed to carry my brisket cup around awkwardly.
It was clear that customer service is not a priority at this location, and based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend anyone waste their time or money here. There are plenty of other coffee shops that actually care about their customers. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

I recommend coming here if you are in the area and need a quick delicious coffee or breakfast. Customers service was great, the two gentlemen that helped me were so kind and friendly. my BEC in a Croissant was made just how I like it and the coffee is delicious. The place wasn’t crowded and I was able to have a seat and enjoy my breakfast. Will be coming back if i’m ever in the area again. Thank you so much.

Coffee was weak water down and Luke warm. Asked for 2 sugars but it sweet at all and I don’t consume a lot of sugar. Didn’t have croissants for breakfast sandwiches.

Run by stupid people! I asked to take out the bacon in my sandwich and I was told they can’t because it’s company rule! Nonsense! I loved DD but never stepping into a DD ever again!

One of the best Dunkin locations in NYC. Great customer service and always go out of their way to get the order right. Highly recommended
