I really don’t understand the so called manager. They gave me a wrong donut which I buy donuts every morning for my son, I came in next day and told the guy about it . He tried to give me another donut but I wasn’t with my son and told him save it for Monday. Monday comes and this manager decides I needed to take a photo to show her, or come the same day to tell them. I explained I came the very next day and spoke to the guy that was there. She was not nice about it nor give me a donut for free after they gave me the wrong one. Today I go in for hash browns and I’m waiting 8 min. Two orders come out and they just give it to two people who claimed to buy hashbrowns literally 3 min after a guy and I tell them we waiting … then I tell her I’m waiting as well and she asks me what’s my number as if they just yelled out hash browns numbers. I tell her my number and she says oh someone took it. No nobody took it you gave it to them! Why is it always a problem with her and I. My donut oh I had to take a picture now my hasbrowns I gotta tell you the number of my order? Horrible service they barely speak English. They talk amongst themselves about customers and they take forever to make food!!! I just don’t understand. America runs on Dunkin” but Dunkin don’t run on americas time! I DO NOT SUGGEST THIS DUNKIN DONUTS. I will be going back to STARBUCKS

This is the only place in the world know of that if you don't like what was made for you and you request a remake you're told to come back to follow a day when the manager is available than you come back the following day when the manager is available.

I love this place near and never a complaint. They get it right
I ordered a medium-sized iced cappuccino with whole milk, but they ended up making a hot cappuccino instead. I thought it's fine and decided to take it. As I walked away, I realized they used almond milk, and it's not even a cappuccino – it's just black coffee. To make matters worse, I paid $6 for it.

Very nasty manager always making fun of customers anyway I went to order small hot water they normally rang it up 54 cents all they sudden they charge double from two weeks ago make matters worse since it's raining I bring 65 cents the manager let me go but she was extreme nasty snobby young girl look no older than 21 yet she works n Dunkin always have Gucci glasses on &gonna put me down do yourself a favor go to the other location they always slow not enough people

If i can give this place 0 stars I would. The worst customer service on a wednesday evening . Wouldn’t replace a drink even though we know what our drink should taste like because always buy from other dunkin’ donuts. Charge $1.20 for a cup of ice . They don’t know what they’re doing. Ordered a matcha with cold foam and got sweetener instead enough sugar to give me diabetes !!!!! matcha was not dissolved !!!!!! They would not fix or replace my drink… Going to walk a few more blocks to starbucks instead !
