On January 12 2026 at approximately 1230pm I placed an order for pickup thru Uber eats. When I arrived a young light skinned man told me I had to cancel my drink because the store didn't have it. I contacted Uber eats and they tried reaching out to this location many times but nobody answered. I was told by employee to go home and resolve it with Uber eats. Uber eats kept trying to reach out to this store location but since no one responded they couldn't do much for me. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. The fact that nobody answered the phone when Uber eats tried contacting them so many times is what makes the situation even worse. I ended up paying for a service I never received. If anyone can provide information on how I can contact corporate to complain on my horrible customer service I'd appreciate it.

visited this Dunkin’ on Sunday, December 21 around 10:30 a.m. The cashier who took my order was polite, and the gentleman who handed me my food was also nice.
However, there was an issue with my order being made incorrectly. When I addressed it, the employee handing out the orders responded in a rude and unprofessional manner and used profanity in Spanish. This made the experience uncomfortable and unnecessary.
Mistakes happen, but how they are handled matters. I hope management addresses customer service and professionalism going forward.

It was no one at the register and then the guy came with attitude 😒 and I said: if you don't like your job you could quit and then him and his coworker started talking in their language which pissed me off...and a client was so rude too.

I really don’t understand the so called manager. They gave me a wrong donut which I buy donuts every morning for my son, I came in next day and told the guy about it . He tried to give me another donut but I wasn’t with my son and told him save it for Monday. Monday comes and this manager decides I needed to take a photo to show her, or come the same day to tell them. I explained I came the very next day and spoke to the guy that was there. She was not nice about it nor give me a donut for free after they gave me the wrong one. Today I go in for hash browns and I’m waiting 8 min. Two orders come out and they just give it to two people who claimed to buy hashbrowns literally 3 min after a guy and I tell them we waiting … then I tell her I’m waiting as well and she asks me what’s my number as if they just yelled out hash browns numbers. I tell her my number and she says oh someone took it. No nobody took it you gave it to them! Why is it always a problem with her and I. My donut oh I had to take a picture now my hasbrowns I gotta tell you the number of my order? Horrible service they barely speak English. They talk amongst themselves about customers and they take forever to make food!!! I just don’t understand. America runs on Dunkin” but Dunkin don’t run on americas time! I DO NOT SUGGEST THIS DUNKIN DONUTS. I will be going back to STARBUCKS

This is the only place in the world know of that if you don't like what was made for you and you request a remake you're told to come back to follow a day when the manager is available than you come back the following day when the manager is available.
