This place is a very good place although sometimes it can be pricey. It’s a good place. Not good for you but morning coffee very good. Hashbrowns are amazing. Just you gotta lower down the prices.🙃

I went to this store and I bought a dozen of donuts, 6 bagels with cream cheese in the size and a box of coffee. When I picked my order I asked to the lady if she put jelly...so one of the guys approached me and ge said to me jelly is not free is 50c each how many do you want? So I said to him that he need customer service classes because he is so rude I am not asking for jelly free but he was so nasty and he said take your orde and go...why??? I should go somewhere else.

On a happy and merry day today, this place turned my mood upside down…sad, frustrated, and furious. I should have checked the reviews. Service was bad and very not understanding. The worker does not try to compromise or listen to our explanation/help needed. With the wrong calculation of transaction in our order, we asked what happened but the worker said “it’s your fault.” The lady re-did our order and deleted the first order without giving us the receipt which she threw away. In the first order our points were used, so the points are gone too. The lady gave us attitude and rolled her eyes. The man raised his voice and did not try to listen to our question or concern. Instead they said it was “your fault.”The headquarter has to investigate this location as there are also many other reviews that claim similar situations as us.
