The staff are incredible. Always consistence with how the drinks come out. Love coming here to sit down and enjoy the view. The only issue I have is the Jewish teenagers that come here on the weekend. They leave their mess on the table. Most of the time I have to clean after them so I can sit down.

Used to love coming here but recently there's been frequent mistakes on the orders I've made. From repeating liquid sugar back to me and still putting regular sugar in iced coffee, to giving me sweet bacon on my sandwich when my request was only extra bacon. Not having decaf, not adding oat milk. The quality of service has decreased and you're better off going to the one near GWB.
Its a good dunkin donuts. Expect a good dunkin donuts, not a good fancy restaurant.

This is an excellent and exemplary Dunkin in Washington heights! Everything is fresh and on point every time.

Busy DD Washington Heights location, always understaffed, so expect a wait. Be sure to make your order very clear and check it before leaving the store; (especially if you are not fluent in Spanish); we have had to have drinks re-made on more than one occasion when we ordered options like oat milk (which we were charged extra for) but the drink was not made with it. The staff is pleasant enough although stretched thin. The store is generally clean. They seem to have limited donut selections and do not restock popular favorites often enough, IMO, as I have often come in, later in the day but still well before closing time, looked in the near-empty case, and left with nothing. The larger DD location a few blocks over, next to the GWB/Marshall's on 177th Street and Broadway seems to have a better handle on this. As with all locations, if you have the app you may find it a better method of ordering - but still check your order before leaving the store.

I have never seen employees at any establishment have SO many employees that don't know what they're doing. It's crazy over here! They all seem super confused and wander around looking lost! It took 4 employees to make a simple iced coffee for meš¤Æ
Itās always dirty in here with homeless sleeping on the tables. I ordered an iced macchiato and it came warm. When I told the worker she got mad like I was the one inconveniencing her. She proceeded to āremakeā my drink but really she put the hot macchiato into a cup of ice and thought I wouldnāt notice. Disgusting, I threw it away.

I have no issue with the food but i dont appreciate how rude the employees act when you are getting a pick up order i dont expect them to cator to me hand and foot but would appreciate not getting a death glare and attitude just for asking for my order
