Busy DD Washington Heights location, always understaffed, so expect a wait. Be sure to make your order very clear and check it before leaving the store; (especially if you are not fluent in Spanish); we have had to have drinks re-made on more than one occasion when we ordered options like oat milk (which we were charged extra for) but the drink was not made with it. The staff is pleasant enough although stretched thin. The store is generally clean. They seem to have limited donut...

I had the best experience. I don't like to come to dunkin donuts because of the horrible customer service but this particular dunkin donuts was different. Alma was a delight! She was energetic and welcoming. I was greeted with a big smile. And the other ladies were kind and welcoming as well except for the one that wears the hijab over her head. The music was great, just a great experience.

But I went in the morning ordered paid with my card and when I saw my transaction it didn’t match the receipt they charged me almost $2 extra my order was $4.13 my transit was $5.97
