I go to this Dunkin everyday and have a great experience. Until today Asked this store if they could remake my coffee as a courtesy because the Dunkin I went to messed up. She proceeded to ring me up for a new coffee even though the coffee I had was wrong and barely touched. I asked her why and she couldn’t give me an explanation. I’ve gone to other Dunkin’s before and they have honored the coffee for me if it was not made right. I feel as though this was racially motivated because her demeanor changed as soon as she started to help me as opposed to other non POC customers. Not to mention it took her 10 minutes to serve me because she was in the back prepping a food / delivery order and made me wait. As I was leaving she started screaming at me continuously making a scene in front of other customers because I called her racist. If you are a person of color steer clear. Dont believe me ? Go experience it yourself to see how dismissive they are to POC. Will never spend a dime here again

This is the slowest Dunkin I’ve ever been to… you order on the app and they don’t even know they had an order… even without customers. You have to come in and remind them
The people here are not good at taking mobile orders. I ordered a coffee roll and blueberry glazed donut in the app and when I went to pick it up the store didn’t have either. False advertising.
