The food was old, we got the bagel cheese twist and it was bad, not even the birds didn't eat it.. Also they don't accept the rewards from the app or even scan it to get the points. Not going back. The girl at the register was nice.

I work at NJT woman shorted me 20 cents I had reciept and didn't go anywhere she wouldn't even look at my receipt to correct her mistake. I didn't want to argue but its the principle.

Around 9pm on Monday 8/21/23, I encountered a disappointing incident at the DD store that is inside of a deli in penn. There was a middle aged man refused to take my sandwich order, saying that the store has no hot food with a bad attitude although the menu is up and the store is not closed. I questioned him for the reason. He then asked another lady to make me order very unwillingly. Add that food quality on top, it was a very disappointing experience.

Please avoid this location. The workers are very rude and hostile. I asked politely for my coffee to be remade because it was watered down and the worker cursed me out and proceeded to throw the coffee at me. This is unacceptable. I’m going to be making the extra commute to visit starbucks because atleast I don’t get drinks thrown at me by miserable workers.

Surprisingly fresh donuts at 9pm. I was given a larger size latte for free with flavor along with two free donuts. Fast service which is good for transit.

I walked up to the Dunkin’ Donuts in Penn Station to buy a soda for the train ride home. Armed with a ten dollar Dunkin donut gift card I gave it to the cashier at check out for payment. She told me they do not accept Dunkin donut gifts cards. Why on God’s green Earth would they not accept there own gift card?? I walked out never to return.

Definitely one of the worst Dunkin Donuts locations in America. They do not accept payment from the Dunkin Donuts Mobile App!

Worst Dunkin Donuts. The lady working the register at 345 on 8/15/22 was so rude. She would not stop rushing us, no one waiting. We had to leave! Horrible service.

Simple question to the guy working behind the counter.. What flavored Coolatas do you have. He mumbled the flavors behind the plexiglass which was completely incoherent and then growled at me when I said I couldn't hear him. I walked away then walked back to talk to a manager. All the employees in the store denied that there was a manager on hand. All I wanted was a coolata on this very hot day. The manager comes out of nowhere and was very nice. He gave me the name of the employee(Shamim). I supposed since, this is the most convenient Dunkin when you have to catch a train, the staff realize this and can be as rude as they please. No recourse. Who even owns this Dunkin? They probably don't even give a crap that their reviews are so bad. Nor do they give two s@&$)RS that their workers are rude to their customers. Makes sense.. where else are you going to go for Dunkin if you are in Penn station. Kudos to having zero pride in your business. Jokes on me! Who reads reviews for Dunkin Donuts!!
