I can understand their language, and realized how poorly they were talking about everyone in there. They were kind to me and the coffee was good, but some people just had basic questions but were mocked without realizing. Just because of how they communicated about others, I definitely won’t be coming back to this location. They made my latte really well though, maybe order pick up to avoid communicating with them. They seemed super bothered to do basic customer service. I work in customer service myself, it’s not that difficult to be kind. I especially felt bad for the old man who was literally shaking and had trouble communicating his order

Visited on Friday with a friend. The employee had serious difficulty understanding our order, even though we explained it clearly. It took a long time and felt unprofessional. On top of that, my coffee was made iced without asking or confirming my preference. Very poor communication and service.

I ordered munchkins and I choose the Halloween and chocolate glazed. I ordered a head of time so I can come pick it up and run to class. I had two separate orders. My first order was fine but the second order which is the one for the munchkins. They didn’t get it right. I didn’t get to check cause I was running a little late for my class. They were pretty busy and I get it. But when I checked my munchkins I saw original glazed instead of chocolate glazed. I’m not mad or anything but it’s just disappointing that they can’t get their customers orders right

This is my favorite Dunkin, and as a Dunkaholic, I’ve visited many. They always make drinks accurately but incredibly fast. I often stop by before work, and I’m in and out in 2 minutes most days. The ladies that work here are really nice. It is important to note that there is no seating at all. For seating, you’ll have to go to the Dunkin 2 blocks away on Chambers street.

Horrible. I go here every day and it is usually a wonderful experience. I ordered something new and was not satisfied. The man behind the counter was extremely rude and unaccommodating. I will NOT be going back.

Decent donuts. Horrible customer service and overcharged me more than double of the actual price of what I got. Also heard that the place is pretty dirty and sanitation is horrible.
Horrible - DO NOT order ahead here. I was just there today (approx 130p 12/9) & I order ahead bc I dont have time to wait. I get there to pick up my order and theres a stranger drinking a coffee w my name on it!
When I went to the counter to tell them the MISTAKE THEY MADE giving my paid product to another customer the employee acted like she didnt understand English and pointed for me to wait on line!?!?
Suffice to say I never recieved my order and I emailed DD but just letting other ppl know STEER CLEAR! if you dont wait an outrageous amount of time then they give your stuff away - always an issue and the employees have no etiquette they act like I'm bothering them lol.

6 years ago I rated this place 5 stars. My rating still holds true. Fast, efficient, food is always good. Never burnt or overdone. And always generous portions with certain items. Also they have the best prices compared to other locations nearby.
