Horrible - DO NOT order ahead here. I was just there today (approx 130p 12/9) & I order ahead bc I dont have time to wait. I get there to pick up my order and theres a stranger drinking a coffee w my name on it!
When I went to the counter to tell them the MISTAKE THEY MADE giving my paid product to another customer the employee acted like she didnt understand English and pointed for me to wait on line!?!?
Suffice to say I never recieved my order and I emailed DD but just letting other ppl know STEER CLEAR! if you dont wait an outrageous amount of time then they give your stuff away - always an issue and the employees have no etiquette they act like I'm bothering them lol.

6 years ago I rated this place 5 stars. My rating still holds true. Fast, efficient, food is always good. Never burnt or overdone. And always generous portions with certain items. Also they have the best prices compared to other locations nearby.

The guy messed up my drink and ended up overcharging me by adding some add-ons I didn't ask for and didn't want. We immediately pointed it out but both he and his supervisor (who was observing the whole situation) refused to even acknowledge the mistake, let alone give us the correct order. The manager just looked away unbothered. They acted quite rude overall, I would avoid this place.

I like the donuts and breads here but the assorted munchkins were just 10 of the same type. Sucked but I just guessed they didn’t have the others on-hand.

Lied to me saying they can switch the pork with turkey in the empanada. If they had said no I would have ordered my usual.

I don’t know what these people are doing but took 3 days to get a iced caramel latte with one customer ahead of me. Then it tasted horrible and this if the drink I get everyday.

This 5 star rating goes to Mrs. Stephanie that works mornings here! She is so awesome and so sweet and makes the BEST frozen drinks. Granted the machine does the mixing but she rocks at it! Her customer service is top tier! You can tell she enjoys her work! Rather it’s busy are not she’s always smiling! Keep up the good work Stephanie! You ROCK!!

These guys here work hard. It can be very busy in the morning so order in advance or plan ahead. It’s easy to get frustrated but be understanding of how busy it gets. And they always get my drinks right and it always tastes great. I’ve had bad DD experiences in other places. These guys care about their customers. Nice and friendly worker, lady at register in the weekday morning is attentive and will come around while you wait to make sure you are being taken care of! Wonderful workers accommodated because I waited too long
