I don’t know what these people are doing but took 3 days to get a iced caramel latte with one customer ahead of me. Then it tasted horrible and this if the drink I get everyday.

This 5 star rating goes to Mrs. Stephanie that works mornings here! She is so awesome and so sweet and makes the BEST frozen drinks. Granted the machine does the mixing but she rocks at it! Her customer service is top tier! You can tell she enjoys her work! Rather it’s busy are not she’s always smiling! Keep up the good work Stephanie! You ROCK!!

04/14/23I used a DD rewards app offer and got a free medium iced coffee $3.85 with purchase. The iced coffee was as I ordered. The $1.95 Bavarian Creme donut I ordered wasn't fresh, was rather small and hard. No sitting area. There is a small counter to stand at. No public restrooms.

These guys here work hard. It can be very busy in the morning so order in advance or plan ahead. It’s easy to get frustrated but be understanding of how busy it gets. And they always get my drinks right and it always tastes great. I’ve had bad DD experiences in other places. These guys care about their customers. Nice and friendly worker, lady at register in the weekday morning is attentive and will come around while you wait to make sure you are being taken care of! Wonderful workers accommodated because I waited too long
Great food and amazing staff. Today they ran out of white cheddar cheese for a wrap I ordered every day, and to make up for it they gave me 5 free munchkins. THAT is quality customer service! Thank you guys for making me happy almost every day.

Obviously this isn’t a place to expect gourmet. We ordered an Avocado Sandwich as well as Avocado Toast - the toast came and they didn’t deliver the Sandwich. When I asked where the sandwich was it turned into a big discussion and I was asked to return the Toast so they could make the sandwich. Illogical. They refused to understand we had ordered both. Long story short is that I felt they tried to fool us into buying the sandwich again. We used the experience to teach our kids that the world isn’t fair. There’s always good even when the experience is rubbish :-)
