The few times I've gone have been me HOPING service and the food would be better that day, but it never is!
The last two times I've visited, I ordered loaded hash browns. Both times, I received a few dry, burnt, reheated, hash browns in a coffee cup, with a drop of sauce, and half of a bacon that wasn't chopped up. There was NOTHING loaded about it!!! Both times I've trashed it!
I will NEVER waste my money here again. Buyer BEWARE!!!!

This is one of the slowest locations I've ever been to even with doing mobile order. On top of that, the quality of the food orders is subpar. Wraps falling a part or burned. Generally disappointed when I get anything other than a donut and coffee.

Absolutely horrendous service. Only drinks are made screw the rest of your order. Was given a bacon egg and cheese with no bacon. Didn’t realize until I got to my office. They always have issues and will get upset with you if you tell them that you’re missing an item. People were waiting for over 10 mins for their order while other people were getting their things before them. I waited about 20 mins for a mobile order that I put in 10 mins before even getting to this store. I understand the other Dunkin is closed so there are a lot more people at this location but they’ve had issues even before that happened!!!!!!

If I can give 0 stars I would. This Dunkin has messed up my order multiple times. I ordered a bacon egg cheese on a croissant and got egg on a croissant. I ordered an almond croissant and was given a glazed donut. When I order hash browns they are always burned and over cooked. A order of mixed munchkins and I received all chocolate munchkins. I do mobile order and always regret it. Check your order before leaving. Such a waste of time and money and you don’t get what you pay for.

Double check your order before leaving the store. They didn’t complete my full breakfast order and gave attitude when I came back during my lunch break asking for a refund. I was told it was too late to get a cash refund and to pick something else, even though the error was on their end.
