another dunkin donuts /baskin robb. in the murray hill section of manhattan that serves the typical stuff including the donuts , coffee, breakfast snacks and the ice cream which i prefer over the other brands. stopped by after seeing my buddy who works nearby and i had to grab a pint of prepacked ice cream for the go home . fairly crowded on a thursday morning but line is moving fast enough so i dont mind the wait. nothing really stands out here but for a typical dd/baskin robb....read full review
Ordered a medium iced latte with blueberry and 2%. I mentioned the syrup and 2% milk at the end but they had already made the latte with regular cream. After the cashier told her 2%/flavor, i saw the girl take the already made iced latte and put it back out and said it was fixed, reassuring me it had bluebery and milk. However, it definitely looked like she was too lazy to change it and just pumped the flavor instead of properly remaking it, since the drink is way too creamy...read full review
I've got a pretty big problem with this particular Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins. First and foremost, there is competition everywhere, you're in NYC for goodness sakes, much better coffee, much better ice cream, much better baked goods and much better environments to walk into for a cup of coffee. With that being said, you could at least exhibit some sort of decent customer service since your products won't do much for you. Their coffee costs on average 25 cents less...read full review
