If you want a decaf coffee at 11:00 they do not have it , and say “decaf only early morning”. If you want munchins about noon …”we do not have anymore”. It looks like a doomed store if you get there after noon . Service looks like the customer is kind of a burden. Great position like that ,near TD GARDEN , should deserve a better DD !

I just wanted a cup of coffee. When it was my turn in line, the gentleman greeted me with a smile, and he was so happy, sweet, and fast. I have never experienced such wonderful customer service before. ( I work customer service myself) I purchased half a dozen doughnuts, 25 munchkins, and a meal. Oh, and he gave me my favorite doughnut for free, and everything was fresh. Please visit here. I promise you won't be disappointed. 😋😋😋😋

If I am ordering hot latte on 20° weather, I expected it to be HOT, not a little bit warm. That's absolutely disappointing. Why pay so much money for something that doesn't serve the purpose

Been coming to this Dunkin regularly for a while. The staff is always so friendly and kind. They always make my morning coffee just the way I like it (other Dunkin’s just don’t make it the same!) The staff truly goes above and beyond for their regulars. They have great deals and rewards on the app too for all locations. For me, this is the best Dunkin in NYC! ☕️?
