If I am ordering hot latte on 20° weather, I expected it to be HOT, not a little bit warm. That's absolutely disappointing. Why pay so much money for something that doesn't serve the purpose

Been coming to this Dunkin regularly for a while. The staff is always so friendly and kind. They always make my morning coffee just the way I like it (other Dunkin’s just don’t make it the same!) The staff truly goes above and beyond for their regulars. They have great deals and rewards on the app too for all locations. For me, this is the best Dunkin in NYC! ☕️?
The supervisor that works there in the morning is nice and seems to know how to do his job, the rest of the employees not so much. I don't understand what's going on with these people they have working at Dunkin because I've had this issue at multiple locations where if I order online pick up on the app my order is always wrong. It got to a point where I started checking the order before I would leave the store and yes most of the time it's wrong. Today I decided not to check my order before I left the store and of course once I got back to work and opened the bag my order was wrong.

I've been coming here for awhile and although theres a couple really nice/good employees here they aren't there every day and when they arent boy is it a mess. I order online only to come in the store and reorder it and get the wrong order! I spent 8$ on an extra espresso latte and not only got 95% ice and milk but no extra espresso! Super frustrating, going to Starbucks.
Ordered my usual drink here only it was my 1st time at this location. The foreign guy working happened t make it very sugary. When I told him it’s too sugary his demeanor changed in an instant to angry and defensive. I seriously saw the evil in that man’s eyes over a coffee drink. Plus, the whole place was just not up to part on cleanliness and that’s important to me too. Would not be going to that location again
