They are convenient to the Hunter College community. Also, one of the "inexpensive" places on this side of town. The staff is not warm and fuzzy. I guess I'm use to it by now since I frequent there quite often. I get what I need and go. Lack of warm and fuzzy reflects by just not contributing to the tip cup. How do they stay in business? There a Starbucks 2 block away. Same prices, great service, and they always get it right. Whenever I walk past there's at least one homeless person sprawled across the table. Management never lifts a finger. Don't even bother for the ice-cream. The Dunkin/Baskin employees don't even know how to scoop. Plus they take forever to serve. Stopped in on a Tuesday when they have a Buy One Get One Free on Sundaes. Pass this one by! There are other DDs nearby. This place is the worst! The service is slow and the workers are rude. My on-the-go order took about 15 minutes to receive and I didn't even get an apology. The worker blamed another customer for taking it.
