Stopped in on our way out of the subway and wanted to use some of our 7k Dunkin rewards points and the employees/owners would not allow us to use both of our drink rewards just because. Refused to allow us to do separate orders as well.

Be careful they don’t do refunds here. I wanted a crossaint and changed my mind and asked for a banana instead. She charged me for both I’m like I thought the banana was $1. Me standing at the counter I ask can I get a refund? Can’t get a refund for the crossaint. 🤨 just keep the change I was so irritated.

The lady who works there around 5:40am in the morning at the register has a bad habit of messing up my orders and not taking accountability as if it was me. She did this two days in a row causing me to be late with a nasty attitude. I asked to speak to the manager the guy who I spoke to brushed it off. I’m a regular customer here and is disappointed

I witness a worker there snatch food out of a black woman's hand after she ordered. The worker accused the woman of not ordering even though the cashier told her that it was the woman's food. When the woman asked for a refund the worker who refused to give the woman her food, tried to continue disrespecting her but the woman stood her ground firmly. As a black woman myself, I left the line and won't be returning
I usually run to get iced coffee before stopping into the office. If you try to game them by ordering a medium with no ice they charge you for a large.

This is the best dunkin ever - during rush hour when I am running to work they always take my order and have my coffee ready in less than 2 minutes. staff is so friendly and efficient they are truly amazing and make my day

I usually never have a problem but I went to buy two tumblers. The lady at the register asked if I wanted more. I go let's see what you have since I like collecting cups. The manager comes over, looks at my phone and see's the balance on my phone. He said you can't spend more than $100 here. I'm like okay? I'm only getting two tumblers. Then he proceeds to ask my for ID to use my app because of scams. I said why should I give you an ID to purchase. He kept insisting. I left!!!! He's worried about scammers yet asking for my ID to buy a 15.99 cup. Will be calling cooperate.
