I’ve never had an issue at this location prior to todays incident. The older male working the register was highly unhygienic and had a horrible attitude towards me and my family.

To start off, after paying for a dozen donuts on their kiosk the older Indian man working the register profiled me and assumed I didn’t pay for the order I was waiting for.

I brushed it off as I’m not one to start conflicts with others and just wanted to get my order and go home. He proceeded to pick up a old box that had brown streaks on it from under the counter and began to pick random donuts off of the shelf ignoring the order of donuts I selected. I did my best to be polite despite his disrespectful remarks and lack of quality service.

I hope you read this review and understand that even though you may not like your job, you don’t take it out on clients.

Playing with people’s food safety is not okay!

Worst customer service experience ever. Took them 15 minutes to make my drink even though no other customers were in the store. One of the employees was sweeping the floor and ASKED ME TO MOVE instead of helping me.

I should’ve taken a photo of the nasty unbaked dough of the coffee roll
I showed the cashier/worker and she sugar fed what I said oh it’s not her it’s the company
I just felt like damn I could’ve gotten something else for curtesy sake smh
Like I had my baby 1 year old with me sharing it with her
Once I realized I was tasting the raw Dough I quickly spit it out and took it from my daughter

Went in to pick up my online order and was ignored by every single staff member there, incredibly rude and unprofessional. They literally made eye contact with me and turned their back towards me. I asked so many times for assistance and even tried making it easy for them by attempting to show them my online order on my phone but was ignored. I literally had to swoop my arm over the counter to pick up my order and walked away. Anyone could have stolen the orders there honestly.. Definitely not the morning I wanted, hate to say it but management needs to be fired and replaced.

Ordered an ice coffee dark 2 sugars tasted liek they put 4 sugars and it was extremely light bought a blueberry muffin long black hair in it disgusting ? never again

I love coming to this location. All the other staff members do not know how to do their job but you can always count on Maria. She’s very attentive and learns how to make the coffee you like. The other staff members don’t help her which is unfair. Everyone at dyckman knows Maria and loves her and comes to this location just for her.

I am very upset I have to walk 2 blocks to get there and find a soup
Why is my bagel sunken like soup with all that butter they put in it?
Please, why pour the entire jar of butter?
This man needs more training because he honestly doesn't know how to do his job.
I have nothing to say about the lady who always serves me in the afternoon because she always makes my coffee very well.
But this is unbearable garbage, I'm not going to eat it like this

It’s 9:52 pm and they have closed down the “register “ & refused to make me my order. Stating they only have “ donuts and iced coffee”. If your establishment is to CLOSE AT 10pm, that’s when your staff should pack up the equipment. Not 8 minutes, 2 minutes ,1 minute before closing.

When I ordered espresso, one of the staff members poured it into a large cup, even though they have special small cups for espresso. I had ordered three espressos for myself and my friends. When I pointed out her mistake, she poured the espresso from the large cup into a small one, which was not ideal. Then she repeated the mistake with the second one. After I pointed it out again, she did the same thing. Finally, I ended up with three cups: one was full, and two were only one-third full. When I mentioned this, she, following her manager's instructions, simply added more to the two that were short.

Guys, do you know what good service is? I mean, how to be at least basically professional?

The place it's self is nice and recommend but the service is okay but it's a nice place to visit to grab coffee and donuts. So this place is definitely RECOMMENDED ?

Kid-friendliness: It has kid friendly menu items that is comforting to children.

Ordered breakfast here. To start there was a hair on my doughnut. The hash browns were cold. The sandwich’s weren’t cooked and got food poisoning from it. Never going there again.

Every Wednesday I usually go to buy my ice latte coffee, and the lady in front I think is called María, she is Latin, always very nice and serves the customer very well, I think people like her should keep them
