Great location but poorly kept~ horrible service! I stood at icecream bar for a long time unattended and finally called out to young lady for service~ mind you I was the only customer in the shop at the time. Won't be surprised if this location is closed down anytime soon.
They over charge for items purposely and when you question it or ask them to adjust to reflect the correct price they act like they don’t know English. Don’t waste your time, money, energy in this Dunkin. Way to many Dunkins in the area to deal with this kind of customer service.

My suggestion is that you do not use a coupon. I had a coupon for a free donut. It required me to make a purchase which I did. The store gave such a hard time. The donut is less than $2. They did not honor the coupon and scanned it multiple times which prevented me from using it. I will never go back. If I could I would give zero stars.
