I don't like to be lied to. We arrived at the restaurant after our request for a window seat and were seated on a three top but not next to the window. I asked can we seat at the window which was a four top. We were told that's for four people and they can't accommodate us. 10 minutes later three people arrived and were seated in the supposed to be reserved for four people window seat!!! Food was good and service was excellent.

Very nice restaurant. Good food and service. Crazy setup for bathrooms. No handicap accessible bathrooms.

The food is authentic and full of flavor, the service is warm and professional, and the views overlooking Rockefeller Center and St. Patrick's Cathedral make the whole experience unforgettable. A perfect spot for a beautiful Italian meal—I can't wait to come back!

We were really looking forward to dining here, but unfortunately our experience fell short. When we arrived, we were informed that our table was reserved for 1.5 hours, which was completely fine. However, after finishing our meal — including dessert — in about an hour, we were settling our check and chatting while one member of our party was in the restroom. Despite being well within the allotted time and noticing several open tables around us, we were unexpectedly asked to leave so another party could be seated. This felt unnecessary and diminished the overall experience. Additionally, the restroom situation was disappointing. It is located a floor below the restaurant, accessible only by stairs and through a fire door, which was inconvenient. Once there, the bathroom clearly needed servicing — trash cans were overflowing, tissue was scattered across the floor, and the sinks had debris. For a restaurant of this caliber, we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and hospitality.

The food is phenomenal. The truffle ravioli (on the separate truffle menu) was insanely delicious-- one of the most delicious meals I've had. The meatballs are off the charts and the Lobster ravioli is divine. The only setback was the hostess was rude. Otherwise 10/10.

The food, the cocktails and service were amazing. The carbonara & Caesar sale were incredible.

Great food, great staff. The ambiance is amazing. Truly a fine dining experience.

Good food, terrible service. But why bother providing good service when you're automatically charging gratuity

I took my wife here for her birthday. The food was phenomenal and the atmosphere was very nice. Great service and while it may seem like an odd complaint we were in and out in an hour and felt kind of rushed. Overall I would still recommend going here just for the food and atmosphere alone.

Overpriced for what you get. You're paying for the location and ambiance. Music was too loud when we got there but they tuned it down.

Honestly was really looking forward to the dinner, found the staff inattentive. Menu was ok, very similar flavour profiles of some dishes. We celebrated a Birthday with family (4 ppl) were looking for a 'Rooftop' Dining experience with a view....a small view of a few buildings but again lacklustre in comparison service wise. Did not return to provide bread when requested, or refill wine or even ask if we needed anything else. Salad was fresh & a great portion size excellent flavour profile of both Salads the table ordered. V Wine Menu in was limited & quite inflated. Entrance to restaurant is not easy to see & Bathrooms were absolutely filthy & are shared with a Hilton. Ambiance was taken away from when we had to experience that. Definitely an option next time in NYC would not be my first Choice. Serving Staff who place food on the Table need some work, very abrupt almost rude.

Food was good, service was outstanding. Only negatives were they don't split checks and the music was too loud, almost had to shout to be heard

What a wonderful experience. I usually go to other restaurants in the area, but we decided to treat ourselves for our 25th anniversary. The staff was very attentive. The food was excellent. We ordered the pasta carbonada, which was very delicious, and the grilled ribeye steak, on the bone, was very tender. With asparagus on the side, my wife prefers med well, so we enjoyed it paired with Pino Noir wine. The place is beautiful. We sat by the window overlooking St. Patrick's Church and the Rocker Feller area. From the rooftop, you can see where they put up the Christmas tree. If you decide to eat here, be aware that the service, food, and atmosphere are all excellent; it's truly worth it. We will definitely be back. We highly recommend this place. Thank you to our server, Bryan, who was attentive throughout and put a candle in the dessert we ordered, a cheesecake. Thank you for making our stay a wonderful experience. Grazie, ci è piaciuto molto.!!
