First time visiting this place. I recommend it 100%, thank you for being nice, the cake was delicious and the pastries too. I will definitely visit New York again and with a sweet tooth I already know where I am going to go.

I bought a cake today that had a mold. When I called I was told that I won't get my money back even though it is their responsibility as bakery owners to ensure that what they are selling to their customers is in good condition. I could have been intoxicated if I had not noticed.
I bought a cake and it had mojo and when I called they told me they were not going to refund my money. Although it is your responsibility as bakery owners to ensure that what you sell to your customers is in good condition. I could get poisoned by that cake if I hadn't realized the mojo.
Authentic Dominican cake! Full of many different desserts, freshly baked breads and cake they are known for the authentic pan de agua! They have local Dominican soda, natural juices and coffee! Even saw sandwiches made to order, next time I will try and update my review!

RUDE! I called to ask if they make a specific cake and got hung up on because I spoke English. At first I thought we got disconnected and called back only to get hung up on again. The lady was saying something in Spanish and hung up. I guess unless you speak Spanish you won’t be getting any service here. Only in America lol

I understand regulars may get preference but I am constantly seeing others get served before me. Today I was refused service and 5 people were allowed to go before me. Will not come back.
Good service, good taste

Good service
Fresh and delicious ?
I live 1 hour from there. But it turns out that last night I went to eat at my favorite Venezuelan restaurant that is a block from this place. And since it was my niece's birthday I decided to cross the street and went into the bakery. At first glance I wasn't thrilled at all but I took the risk and bought a cake/cake/pie. To my surprise, not only was it at a very reasonable price but it was fresh and the taste was delicious. I wouldn't mind traveling 1 hour next birthday to buy another cake!
Great coffee
The "donas," are amazing.
