Terrible experience! The male waiter was rude and lacked basic manners—if I were management, I’d either fire him or send him back for proper training. On top of that, he couldn’t even communicate in English. Despite being a paying customer, he had the nerve to interrupt my dinner and ask me to move seats. I honestly can't believe it, I ordered a chicken sandwich and the sandwich arrived open as if they ran out of aluminum foil, the bread seemed old because it was hard and tasted strange just from the first bite I had to take a look inside ??♀️it was just mixed green a piece of chicken, holy soil, give better service. I'm not going to spend my money to throw it in the trash like I did with the sandwich ??

Today April 14/2024 at 8:30 pm I ate the worst mofongo of my life, I thought it was leftover from the night and the worst thing about me is that. I did not complain “out of respect for my brother”?

Sad to say the icon has closed down and moved to it's sister location across the street called 809. Rising rent prices in the area are making businesses have to close shop or downsize.

The service is Bad, the waitresses have no education, they serve you reluctantly. They serve you as if they were doing it for free. The pork was cold and looked like an old pork that they just reheated. The ham was also ugly. They should look for people who like it. his job of serving people ?.

The women just rushing to get the deliveries and answer the phones and one standing there waiting. More organization, they even make bad faces at you when you complain. When men are there, they serve you faster and are friendlier.

I went to this restaurant by a recommendation, and it was excelent, loved their Chicharrón de cerdo. Me encanto. Recommended.
This is one of my favorite spots in the neighborhood. Always fast, fresh, and super tasty. The prices are fair for what you get and I’m always full and happy!
Vegetarian options: Vegetarians can get the cheese mofongo with garlic sauce!

Not sure what's going with this restaurant but before their food and service was consistent both at restaurant and delivery, but within these few months, I have received food that was bland, wrong orders and lastly, and I will never order from here again, they never fulfilled an order placed thru Grubhub.After 45 minutes, waiting for my order to arrive, I decided to call the restaurant. The employee told me the order was never started, as they were short staffed. Had only 2 employees.She claimed they will beging preparing it and out for delivery soon. 30 minutes passed by and not one single notice saying it was completed or on its way. Had to cancel the complete order.I would like to give you another try but what's going on with not processing orders and being short staffed on a Sunday, during lunch time ? ?
