I’m so happy that @ea_dumpling_usa is in NYC now! This potstickers chain from Taiwan is now the most authentic Taiwanese food I’ve had here!Finally can enjoy some potstickers and Taiwanese appetizers like tofu noodle salad and seaweed salad. With a cup of Taiwanese soy milk as well! Will definitely be back!Just one request……please don’t use disposable dishes and utensils for dine-in!

Had business in the area and found this little gem walking back to subway. It was a little tricky using the order kiosk, but believe I've already mastered it. They offer a very limited menu compared to other dumpling or dim sum spots. But that's a good thing. I ordered the beef noodle soup braised, and what a great surprise! Broth was super flavorful, beef tender and noodles thick and delicious. The ordering area is small but there are massive clean dining area in back.
