Parking staff took very good care of my car for 2 years, BUT management is NASTY. When I inquired about getting a discount for prepaying yearly, the regional manager said, “F**k you, if you want a discount, then go somewhere else.”

Very rude attitude and one person to deal with. I had a prepaid parkingwhiz parking, otherwise I'd leave immediately. He made me late for my doctor appointment (waited 25 mins for 4 people in front of me where 3 came after me but I was waiting in the car then got out and got into the line. All he needed to do was to take the keys give me a ticket.

did Spothero for $22. arrived 9 minutes before the reservation. guy tells me you will have to pay me for the 9 minutes.

Very very terrible experience. When I parked valet lost my keys. I handed them to him then he placed it in his pocket, then in the car door. Denied this while I waited and searched my entire car while he stood there before finally realizing where HE had placed my keys. No apologies or accountability for this fiasco and I was late to a work dinner. I came back at 10:36 when my parking ended at 10:30 and was charged $28.... again when more than 6 minutes of my time and energy was wasted by this condescending j*** on arrival. Awful. It’s 2019, don’t call women “baby” and don’t screw people over.

Beware STAY AWAY...unethical business practices. Will tell you it’s one price then change the price when you pick up your car the next day and all you have is word of mouth to back you up.
