Ordinato antipasto e pizza a seguire Arrivata prima la pizza Chiedo di mandarla indietro e attendere antipasto che finalmente arriva Nonostante le assicurazioni del cameriere ( sta arrivando una pizza appena fatta non ti porto assolutamente quella di prima...)mi viene servita la stessa pizza mandata indietro prima (fredda ovviamente e con il basilico bruciato che confermava il tentativo di averla riscaldata) La manager si era offerta di fare una pizza nuova ma mi sono sentito preso in giro ed ho prefer non accettare, pagare ed andare a mangiare in un altro posto

We love La pizza La pasta but it seems like the food hasn't been as good lately. Portions are getting smaller. The chicken Milanese changed, the way it was before was much better. Overall still a solid dinner.

Our server was deplorable. She never checked back on food quality and took forever to serve us. We are huge Eataly fans and visit every time there is one in our destination. If this was your standard, we would not visit again.

Food is excellent! This is why we go here. The restaurant is extremely busy and loud. Service is all about turn and burn the tables. Not interested in you enjoying the experience.
My first experience. It was all incredible. Amazing salad and pizza. Great atmosphere. They remade our pizza because we were still eating salad.

We got seats vey close to the kitchen, was quite annoying to listen to all the talking from the chefs.

The cheese board was amazing, the pasta absolutely perfect, the GF pizza was a bit undercooked but reheated great. We eat here every time we are in NYC and are never disappointed.

Overpriced tourist trap. Didn't bring out our salad we ordered and forgot the truffles for the pasta dish. Wouldn't go back

Overall the food was mediocre and the service was mixed. Our drinks took a very long time to come to the table and each time a server brought out the wrong dish - it was always for a different table - for the price I'd say skip the entrees and stick with the pizza -
