We came for a bite to eat. Two small salads, one big one, and three waters were $65! I know this is Hudson Yards, but JFC.

Very good food but I was hoping to see some more smiles.
I hope personnel get trained to be more friendly and show more interest in what they are doing. Customers are there to receive service, and to use their money to pay for that service, not just to collect goods.

A lovely café experience with a beautiful view and great attention to detail. The coffee was perfect 🤎Cozy atmosphere, stylish presentation, and a perfect spot to relax and enjoy quality food and coffee. Highly recommended.

Great views from the Eataly in Hudson Yards, it’s a very small Italy so there’s not a wide selection beyond the bakery and coffee bar but overall great atmosphere and great quality as all the other Eataly’s

Ask for hot chocolate and get a sigh It’ll 5 - 10 minutes. “No problem “

Go back and ask after 15 minutes. “It’s coming” with a look.

Killed some time before our entry slot at the Vessel and ducked into Eataly for some coffee. Both were great, highly recommend. It was a pretty long wait at 11:45 on a Tuesday, but there were plenty of seats once we got in.

It was fine but they put too much cinnamon on my chai. Pastries were fine as well

Expensive. But tasty.
Gelato $7.90 for small.
Milkshake 12.90
Won't mind trying affogato al pistachio.

Seating can take time. So does lines to pay.

Eataly nice at WTC and Flatiron. This one smaller Caffe version can be nice quasi fast food with pizza.

Catering to sarisfy aspirational luxury segment.

i'll try again in a few months, but the cremespresso was just icy water, very weak no espresso flavor at all and very chunky, not smooth. i should've known because it wasn't even on the menu. also the guy barista was obnoxiously rude, slamming drinks down, being rude to the cashier, it was all just bizarre.

update: it's been 6 months and tried again, ordered a cremespresso and again the cashier had no clue what i was talking about when the empty cremespresso machine was right behind the register. so no cremespresso here

I ordered an affogato al pistachio and I was waiting 15 minutes to get it. After waiting for 15 mins, a guy instantly ordered 2 of them and got them right away. If I didn’t speak up they wouldn’t give me an affogato I paid 15 dollars for. Rather go to a place where I can find the same thing for half the price.

Tried to get a peroni and they were out. Ok I’ll get the “seasonal beer”. I get served an Oktoberfest beer in December (12 bucks btw). Service was fine but horrible management.
