It was my first experience at Eataly and that was great : amazing pizza, good atmosphere (not too loud so easy to hear people around me!) - I highly recommend

Everything about our visit was incredible, from the food to the service to the view. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made us feel so welcome throughout our meal. Some dishes we ordered were calamari, various pizzas, fettuccine Alfredo, and calzones, and every single dish was absolutely delicious. The standout for me, though, was the pizza with hot honey. I can't stop thinking about it! Unforgettable! With such great food, service, and atmosphere, this place has definitely earned a spot on my list of favorites. Can't wait to go back!

Decent food and good service for a large party which is not a given in that neighborhood. Overall good value. However, I didn't appreciate having to ask for the lunch special.

We arrived at the restaurant as a family — my mom, my sister, and I — and the hostess immediately impressed us with her professionalism and kindness. The restaurant was busy, so we waited for a table. During that time, my mom realized she had forgotten her phone in SoHo and went with my other sister to retrieve it. When the table was ready, the hostess came over and seated me and my other sister. Almost immediately, Abel and Dennis approached us and insisted that we must order something. I politely explained that we needed a little time due to an emergency. Instead of understanding, they exchanged bad body language with each other and gave us a clear attitude, making us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. A few minutes later, the hostess came again to remind us to order. I explained once more that we were waiting for my mom and needed to reach her. When I called my mom, we decided to order a coffee while waiting. When we asked Dennis for a coffee, his reaction was shocking — he rolled his eyes, turned his back, and waved his hand dismissively as if it was ridiculous that we were ordering just coffee. Even the guests sitting nearby noticed the bad attitude and whispered about it. The coffee was delivered late, and throughout the time, Abel and Dennis continued their dismissive and rude behavior, even while assisting other tables. We called the manager, but he did nothing to address the situation. This experience was extremely disappointing, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable for a restaurant of this caliber. Abel and Dennis’ behavior ruined our visit and showed a total lack of respect for guests. Management must address this immediately and ensure staff understand that respect, patience, and proper service are essential.

Had a truly great experience. The setting was serene, the food was delicious, as were the drinks, and our waiter could not have been nicer. Highly recommend this spot!

Haven't been to La Pizza La Pasta in a few months. Brought two clients for lunch and pleasantly surprised that the food was delicious for everyone and service was exceptional as expected. I appreciate the window table as my guests were very overwhelmed with the view. Thank you as always Eataly.

It was price fix meal and portions might be small for hungry people. The food was delicious and flavorful and cooked well specially the Gnocchi. Ravioli was very good. Kale salad was good as well. Optional drinks do add up. I will do it again.

Me and my friend went for $26 restaurant special. What a waste of money. Terrible food. Service lacks speed. 2 hours for sandwich and pasta is not acceptable. I don't understand how with simple ingredients they made such a terrible dishes. I get it that you go for special price but it could be at list tasty. I didint finish nothing that I had. If I knew that for this much money they would give you sh....I would order from regular menu. So disappointed. Not going there ever. If you do crappie food for little money I don't want to spend there bigger one.

This was our second time dining at La Pizza & La Pasta and we were a little disappointed. The food did not live up to our prior experience and our server was not attentive. It was lunch hour on a Wednesday and was pretty busy, so I'm hoping that was the reason for the shortcomings.

Great meal and great service. I've tried to use my Open Table rewards for MONTHS and not one restaurant would accept it. Pedro, the manager, came by and I explained the “rewards card” and he immediately said yes and worked to process the rewards card plus my credit card, making sure the server was provided gratuity in the total amount. Class act manager. Thank you, Pedro.

We came for lunch as a group of six and everything was excellent. The service was friendly, professional, and perfectly timed. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. A great spot for a relaxed yet high-quality lunch — we'll definitely be back!

We were late for the reservation because the address that they have listed is not actually accurate when you're getting an Uber or walking... So my sister-in-law lives on the lower east side and she is confused every time she's there as to how to get in... Finally, when we arrived The Hostess screwed up the reservation I made way in advance that was three people requesting a window table... She did say it was her mistake, and at that point, she did not plan on sitting us by a window until we were pretty adamant about it because there was no reason not to bc but then accommodated us by putting us at a table for four which seemed to irritate herself because that's not their policy... The server was very nice, but it was 30 minutes before we actually got to order, They dropped off the appetizers and he never checked to see how they were, they dropped off the Andres he never checked to see how they were, very disappointing as it was our 5th wedding anniversary.

Not my type of restaurant. Loud music. Big modern vaulted space like an airport waiting room or an upscale designer cafeteria but with table service. Staff friendly. Food only OK. My companion's main course lasagna arrived 10 minutes before my branzino because “it was prepared in a different kitchen”.

Esperienza stupenda, ti senti a casa con piatti buonissimi. È stato come mangiare in Italia

Superb food and the $26 prix fixe price was amazing!! Even the cappuccino and focaccia was superior. Incredible view of Wall Street area tops it all off.
