Everyone was so kind and friendly. The food was immaculately delicious! They also clearly read the information on my Open Table profile and knew ahead of time my allergies. The best part was that they surprised us with a handwritten anniversary card and a scoop of gelato with a candle. It just made the whole evening so special.
The food was fresh, the view was great and the staff was attentive. The chianti was outstanding. The only comment I have is that Eataly is definitely a corporate enterprise. If you want alterations to the menu, the waiter said they will not do it. We found this to be restrictive - so for example, if I wanted arugala in the salad instead of spinach, we were told the menu is strict and they can make NO changes to what is EXACTLY on the menu. We were seated on time and as per our Special request (despite having reservations and still had to go on line). We were served courteously and expediently by Johnny and Celestino. They were very attentive and friendly. It was a very nice and memorable experience! Thank you so much for your service! We'll be back again soon!
