Friendly customer service. I will say, they should package the food better. It will help wrap up the great customer service. I was greeted when I entered, and assisted to right away. They also engage in good convo while serving which is great. Everything was great until I realized they didn’t package my food well. They did not put my food in a paper bag prior to putting it in the plastic one. So my food was just swinging around as I walked and the soda in there was swinging...read full review
Great place to eat..especially the NEW GreanLeaf section add-on. Homemade authentic beef/chicken/or veggie patties and buffet food, as well as real fresh health drinks and juices. The new management and new menus rock !

I was so excited to find authentic bake & shark in Harlem! The host was very friendly, professional and courteous. I will definitely be returning to try out the other menu items as I'm a certified foodie! P.S. Allyuh get some shandy or sorrel, cook-up rice & cornsoup and I'll be content. Good job guys!
